Noob question about paintball…?

Yeah, title says it all. I’m kinda’ new to paintball. I have a Spyder VS1 and loving it. I’ve seen some “veteran” looking paintballers and a local proshop and I have seen online as well. How do you get the flames and designs on the body of the gun/marker? Is it proffesionally painted or a sticker/decal thing? Yes, noob question. But thanks!
