How much does a 375 fps airsoft gun hurt with a hoodie on?

I was gonna start to airsoft with my friend and we both are using guns that go 375 fps. We will probably be wearing normal hoodies. So i was wondering how much it would hurt if i got shot in the torso area from average length. And we both know to wear head protection

For me a basic hoodie and a long thermal underneath seem to work. I feel it but it doesn’t really make me cry. haha! After awhile you get used to it, I now use a vest from airsplat and a long sleeve, its easier to move in.
